【摘要】 目的：探讨牙龈血流量（ＧＢＦ）、血流速度（ＢＣＶ）和血浓度（ＢＣ）与牙周病的关系。方法：用ＬＤＦ－３型激光多普勒血流仪分别测定不同牙周病患者ＧＢＦ、ＢＣＶ和ＢＣ变化，并分析其与牙周病各临床指标的关系。结果：不同牙周病的ＧＢＦ、ＢＣＶ和ＢＣ不同，各病变组的ＧＢＦ和ＢＣＶ较对照组降低，牙周炎组降低最明显，牙周萎缩组次之，牙龈炎降低较少；病变组的ＢＣ较对照组增加，牙周炎组增加最明显，牙龈炎组增加最少，各组间有显著性差异。结论：不同牙周病患者其ＧＢＦ、ＢＣＶ和ＢＣ不同，ＧＢＦ、ＢＣＶ和ＢＣ的变化与牙周病严重程度密切相关更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the relation between gingival blood flow(GBF), blood current velocity(BCV), blood concentration(BC) in gingival and periodontal diseases. Methods:GBF, BCV and BC in gingva were measured with laser Doppler flowmeter type 3 (LDF 3) in 128 cases with various periodontal diseases, the relation ship between the measurements and the clinical indexes of the diseases was analysed. Results:Lower levels of GBF and BCV were found in the disease group than in the health control, and the lowerest was in the peridontitis followed by periodontal atrophy and in gingivitis( P <0.01); higher level of BC was found in the disease group than in the health control and the higherest was in the periodotitis( P <0.01).Conclusion: GBF, BCV and BC levels vary with different periodontal diseases and are closely related to the severity of the diseases.更多还原
