旋流器轴向速度分布规律——液-液水力旋流器速度场研究之三

【摘要】 用多普勒激光测速仪并加入频移装置,提高了对双锥体结构水力旋流器轴向速度场的测试精度、测试结果和分析研究表明,旋流器的轴向速度场以零轴向速度包络面为界分为内外两个旋流区,外旋流区的流体边旋转边向底流流动,最终从底流口排出;内旋流区的流体则边旋转边向溢流口流动,最终从溢流口排出。双锥水力旋流器的零轴向速度包络面为一柱锥联合面,其柱面直径Dv是溢流口直径Du的25倍左右,锥面的锥顶角约为14°,锥顶在小锥段内部。
【Abstract】 By using a LDV with frequencywidening device, the measurement accuracy of the axial velocity is improved. After an analysis of the measuring results, it was found that the locus of zero vertical velocity of the doublecone hydrocyclone is a compound surface conbined with a cylinder and a cone, and the diameter of the cylinder is 25 times of the diameter of the flow vent, and the cone apex angle is about 14, the conic node locates inside the small cone. And the inside flow field is composed of the outer eddy area and inner eddy area, and the flow will be drained from the down flow vent and the upper flow vent respectively.
