【摘要】 改革开放以来,我国油气钻井新技术的应用获得重要进展,井下动力钻具,如螺杆钻具和涡轮钻具也获得迅速发展。但这些钻井新技术新装备在推广应用中存在着“瓶颈”问题,主要原因是对新技术和新装备在由科技成果向生产力转化过程中投入资金不足,其次是缺少现代化管理。为解决瓶颈问题,建议企业首先要建立成果转化风险机制,设立成果转化风险基金,其次要设立应用新技术或新装备的奖励基金。更多还原

【Abstract】 Great progress has been made in the development of new drilling techniques, downhole drill motors, such as screw drill and turbodrill, are developed rapidly since reform and opening to the outside world in China. But there are choke points in the application and popularization of these new techniques owing to insufficient investment for transformation of technical achievements to productivity and lack of modernized management. To solve the problem of choke points, the author suggests that risk system and risk fund for technical achievements transformation be established, and reward fund for the application of new techniques and new equipment be set up.更多还原
