【摘要】 我国石油钻井装备已初步踏入国际市场。为了适应这种形势， 在发展常规钻井装备方面， 要建立名副其实的质量管理体系， 切实改善产品的制造质量； 要以提高钻机运移性、增强设备对当地环境和后勤保障条件适应能力为主要目标， 改进产品设计； 要借鉴国外新近出现的创新技术， 有计划地发展新产品。在发展新技术新装备方面， 钻井液池容积统计系统和早期井涌探测仪等自动化检测仪表、轻便顶驱装置、旋转闭环钻井系统、欠平衡压力钻井技术和功率大重量轻的五缸钻井泵等， 都是值得下力气研究开发的项目。更多还原

【Abstract】 In view of homemade drilling equipment entering the international market, the author offers some suggestions on the development of drilling equipment. As for the development of conventional drilling equipment, a practicable quality control system should be set up to improve the manufacturing quality of the products; products design needs to be improved to enhance the movability and adaptability of drilling rigs. As for the development of new technique and new products, much effort should be made to develop mud pit volume statistic system and early kick detector, portable top drive unit, rotary closed loop drilling system, underbalance drilling technology and five cylinder drill pump with large power and light weight.更多还原
