用单核原生质体杂交育成香菇新菌株申香8号

【摘要】 以香菇栽培种Le1和野生种0426为亲本,通过原生质单核体杂交选育出申香8号。它具有优质、高产、抗逆性强和栽培适应性广等特点,现已成为我国香菇主产区的主栽种之一。这证明原生质体单核化技术在香菇育种上是行之有效的。

【Abstract】 New strain of L. edodes Shenxiang No. 8 was bred through crossbreeding of the protoplasted mono-karyon selecting cultivated strain Lei and wild strain 0426 as parents in this study. The filial generation Shenxiang No. 8 is provided with the characteristics of top quality, high yield, strong adversity resistance and wide adaptability. It has been selected as one of our main commercial strains and widely adopted in China’s main shiitake production district. So it has proved that protoplasted monokaryon technique is an effective technique in the breeding of Lentinula edodes new strains.
