【摘要】 制备了一种新型高效消泡剂，主要由有机硅化合物、嵌段聚醚、脂肪醇和乳化剂等组成；对粘胶纤维油剂、ＯＰ１０、十二烷基苯磺酸钠和减粘渣油等体系进行了静态和动态消泡效果评价结果表明：对粘胶纤维油剂的应用效果最好，消泡率可达９５％以上，消泡时间３ｓ，对其它体系的消泡率约为７０％～８５％；消泡剂加入量和体系所处的温度对消泡率有影响，且存在一个最佳值．该消泡剂无毒无害，可应用于炼油、化纤、食品等行业更多还原

【Abstract】 A new type of defoamer with high efficiency was prepared.It was mainly consisted of organic silicide,block copolyether,fatty alcohol etc..When it was applied to viscose fibre oil solvent,defoaming efficiency can arrive at more than 95 percent,and defoaming time was 3 second.When it was applied to OP10,visbreaking residue oil etc.,defoaming efficiency can arrive at 7085 percent.The defoaming efficiency can be affected by defoamer adding quantity and system temperature.This new type of defoamer can be applied in oil refinery,chemical fibre,food industry etc..\=更多还原
