【Abstract】 Spheriform pot is important storage device for raw materials and products in chemical industry.Most of these raw materials or products are flammable and explosive.At present,we have not domestic speciall product for auto control of fire in spheriform pot area.In this paper,run theory,hardware structure and software design of a kind of fire auto extinguishing controller are introduced.The OMRON C200 programmable controller is used as kernel in this controller,and the simulation panel is equipped to display the position and time of the fire,at the same time,touchable switch is used to input the settings to the controller.This controller can be programed flexibly,the fire time can be auto remembered and leap year,big or small month are auto treated,many functions such as automatic,soft manual and hard manual control,system disconnection alarm,system self check are implemented.This machine has been checked and accepted by National Fire Control Equipment Checking Center,and works successfully.更多还原
