【摘要】 以偏苯三酸酐、二异氰酸酯（ ＭＤＩ） 反应合成预聚体聚酰胺酰亚胺（ＰＡＩ） ，再与封闭型异氰酸酯复配成耐高温的聚酰胺酰亚胺漆．该方法简化合成工艺，降低生产成本，提高使用效率，解决了以往ＰＡＩ生产中的存储稳定性差等问题．根据实验结果对合成工艺中的有关问题进行讨论．更多还原

【Abstract】 The heat resisting polyamide imide coating was prepared with 1,2,4 benzenetricarboxylic anhydride and diisocyanate(MDI). The prepolymer first was synthesized, then followed by compounding with blocked diisocyanate to form the title product. The improved method simplifies synthesis procedure, reduces costs, raises work efficiency and solves stability in storage of product. On the basis of the experiment, the factors in technical process were also discussed.更多还原
