渣油高温换热器结垢原因与防垢剂研究(英)
Study on Fouling Mechanism of Residue Oil and Antifoulants
【摘要】 通过 对辽河 减粘渣油 在高温 下形成的 积垢物进 行分析 和测试,查 明了渣 油高温换 热器结 垢的原因 .建立 了渣油高 温换热实 验室模 拟装置, 研究了渣 油化学组 成、加工 温度 及在 设备 内停 留时 间等 因素 对形 成积垢的 影响.研制 的多功 能渣油防 垢剂经 实验室模 拟装置性 能评价 ,防垢效果 良好.
【Abstract】 A set of residue oil heat exchange laboratory apparatus was built up. By qualitative and quantitative analysis to Liaohe residue oil and its fouling product, the cause for easily fouling of Liaohe residue oil was found out. A new kind of multi functional antifoulant was prepared. The result evaluated by laboratory modeling apparatus showed that under the condition of 40 mg/L adding quantity, antifouling efficiency could arrive at more than 90 percent.
