【摘要】 介绍广州市诗书街老年人开展社区医疗护理服务的情况。１９９６ 年７ 月对诗书街１ ０２７ 名６０ 岁以上的老年人进行生活质量调查和免费体检，根据调查结果和老年人的需求，自１９９６ 年８ 月以来实施了如下社区医疗护理服务：对老年人慢性病进行定期监测、系统诊治、饮食运动干预和心理疏导；为需要上门服务的老人实施基础护理、康复护理和心理护理；开展社区健康教育。目前老年人的慢性病尤其是高血压病和糖尿病取得良好的治疗效果；负性情绪有了明显的改善；卫生知识水平和防病治病能力有了显著的提高。说明社区护理能给居民带来健康与幸福，增强护士的同情心、事业心、责任感和自豪感。更多还原

【Abstract】 Introduced what about the community nursing taken by our hospital in shishu street in Guangzhou city.1 027 old people who were checked their life quality and made a physical examination in July 1996.According to the result and the old people’s demand,we have provided the old people who had chronic disease with following community medical nursing:giving regular observation,systematic diagnosis and treatment,suggesting proper diet and movement,providing sevice on psychology.We also have been to the old people’s home to provide basic nursing,health nursing and psychological nursing for those who needed.Meanwhile,community health education have been carried out.Now,We have gotten good therapy result for the old people who have chronic disease,especially for those with hypertension or diabetes.The old people’s bad emotion have been appearly improved,and their medical knowledge and ability of preventing and treating disease also have been improved.The result implies that community nursing not only can give happy and health to citizenship,but also can strengthen nurse’s sympathy,enterprise,the sense of responsibility and pride.\;更多还原
