三氯化铝催化体系合成金刚烷
Studies on the AlCl 3 Catalyst Systems for the Synthesis of Adamantane
【摘要】 用三氯化铝-助催化剂的催化体系进行了金刚烷合成的研究。在常压搅拌反应器中考察了助催化剂的种类、使用量、异构化反应温度、时间及反应介质等因素对金刚烷收率的影响,确定了异构化合成金刚烷的最佳工艺条件,建立了提高金刚烷合成收率的新工艺。该工艺具有设备简单、助催化剂价格低廉、金刚烷收率高并易于工业化等特点。在最佳的工艺条件下,金刚烷的收率达621%。
【Abstract】 Synthesis of adamantane was studied using AlCl 3 catalyst system and co-catalysts.The effects of different factors,such as the kinds of co-catalysts and amount used,reaction temperature,reaction time,solvent used,and amount of AlCl 3 catalyst used on the yield of adamantane were investigated in a conventional reactor.Optimum reaction conditions are obtained,and a new method for the synthesis of adamantane is established.The new technique has the advantage of simple equipment,cheap co-catalyst,and high yield of adamantane.Under optimum reaction contidions,the yield of adamantane is up to 62.1%.
