Raney Cu-Nd催化剂的吸附与酯氢解反应性能
H 2 and CO Desorption Properties of Raney Cu Nd Catalysts and Correlation with Their Catalytic Activity
【摘要】 采用程序升温脱附和化学吸附技术对RaneyCu和RaneyCuNd催化剂的吸附性能进行了表征,并与甲酸甲酯氢解反应活性和甲醇选择性进行了关联。结果表明,用RaneyCuNd催化剂,H2和CO室温吸附量均大于RaneyCu催化剂,随着Cu/Nd比值的降低,其吸附量均逐渐增大,而且CO吸附量大于H2吸附量。RaneyCu催化剂只有一个弱吸氢中心,RaneyCuNd催化剂既有弱吸氢中心,又有强吸氢中心,并且强吸氢中心的强度大于其CO吸附中心的强度。RaneyCuNd催化剂合成气氢解反应活性高于纯氢氢解反应活性。
【Abstract】 TPD and chemical adsorption techniques were used to characterize the hydrogen and CO adsorption of Raney Cu Nd catalysts,and the results obtained therefrom were correlated with the catalytic activity of methylformate hydrogenolysis.The results show that the volume of H 2 and Co asdorption of Raney Cu Nd catalysts is larger than that of Raney Cu catalysts.With the value of Cu/Nd decreasing,the volume of H 2 and CO adsorption of Raney Cu Nd catalysts gradually increases,and volume of CO adsorption is higher than that of H 2 adsorption.For Raney Cu Nd catalysts,there are two types of hydrogen adsorption sites (weak and strong adsorption)on their surface,and the strong adsorption sites of hydrogen are stronger than adsorption sites of CO.Therefore,it shows that Raney Cu Nd catalysts do not suffer from the presence of CO in the reaction gas and thus have higher activity.
