【摘要】 以混合Ｃ５ 馏份为原料，用自制硅藻土－ 磷酸作催化剂，经水合制备甲基异丙基酮。试验表明，在催化剂的浸酸质量分数为６５ ％ 、反应温度２２０ ℃、ｎ（ 水） ｎ（Ｃ５） ＝ ６ ．２ 、ＬＨＳＶ 为０－３２ ｈ － １ 时，甲基异丙基酮的收率为６６ ％ ，选择性为８３ ％ ，异戊二烯的转化率为８０ ％ 。更多还原

【Abstract】 Methyl isopropyl ketone was prepared from mixed C 5 fractions by hydration with self-made diatomaceous earth supported phosphoric acid as catalyst.Under the conditions of phosphoric acid concentration of 65%,reaction temperature of 220 ℃,n(water)∶n(C 5)=6.2,and LHSV of 0.32 h -1 , the yield of methyl isopropyl ketone reaches 66%,with a selectivity of 83% and an isoprene conversion of 80%.更多还原
