纳米级SnO2气敏材料制备及结构分析

【摘要】 制备敏感元件的原材料粉粒越细越好.介绍了以明胶作分散介质用溶胶-明胶法制备纳米级SnO2敏感材料的工艺方法.制备的SnO2材料粒径小于10nm.实验研究了热处理的温度和时间对SnO2材料粒径的影响,并进行了理论上的解释.对制备的SnO2材料进行了透射电子显微镜、比表面积测试和X射线衍射等方法的测试分析,给出了测试分析结果.

【Abstract】 The smaller the size of the raw material particle was, the better the characteristic of the gassensor was. This paper introduced a new type of material that was applied to the fabrication of nanometer SnO2 powder by the solgel process. The particle size of SnO2 powder made by this way was lessthan 10nm. That the temperature and time of the heathg treatment had effect on the size was studiedand a further analysis by theory was given. At the same time. The particle size of SnO2 powder wasmeasured and analyzed by means of TEM, BET and XRD, and the result was given.
