电动自行车用无刷直流电动机的电枢反应
Armature reaction on brushless DC motor used in electrical bicycle
【摘要】 给出了外转子无刷直流电动机的典型磁状态及其对应的磁势矢量位置,并用磁势矢量合成法、磁势积分法及电磁场的有限元方法对电动自行车用三相六状态外转子无刷直流电动机的气隙磁场及电枢反应进行了详尽的分析,从而得到有益于该种电机设计的结论.
【Abstract】 First, the key magnet statuses and their pertinent MMF. position of exterior rotor brushlessDC motor are described in this paper. Second, the air- gap magnetic field and the armature reaction ofthe three-phase six-step exterior rotor brushless DC motor used in electrical bicycle are analyzed bymeans of MMF. vector, MMF. integration and magnetic field FEM respectively. Some valuable conclusions for designing this kind of motor are obtained.
