【摘要】 目的：分析研究腰椎间盘脱出症术后并发症的ＣＴ诊断和鉴别诊断。方法：１９９２－０２～１９９６－１０经ＣＴ检查的１６０例腰椎间盘脱出症的术后病人，其中１４例行增强扫描，１８例行ＭＲＩ检查，４６例经再次手术证实。结果：术后主要并发症有：①硬膜外纤维化４７例；②术中残留、复发或新发的脱出髓核碎块５４例；③中央型或周围型椎管狭窄４１例；④椎间盘感染７例；⑤假性脊膜膨出５例；⑥术后脊柱滑脱６例。结论：ＣＴ是腰椎间盘脱出症术后并发症病因的诊断和鉴别诊断的主要检查方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To appreciate the value of CT diagnosis of postoperational complications in lumbar disk herniation.Methods:From Feb,1992 to Oct,1996,a series of 160 cases of postoperational lumbar disc herniation wes studied by CT.Among which,14 cases were studied with contrast,18 cases with MRI,and 46 cases underwent a second operation after the CT was performed.Results:The main complications of this entity were as follows:①Epidural fibrosis(47 cases);②Remnant fragments of nucleus pulposus due to previous operation or recurrent disc herniation(54 cases);③Spinal canal stenosis(41 cases);④diskitis(7 cases);⑤Pseudomeningocele(5 cases)and⑥Postoperational dislocation of the spine(6 cases).Conclusion:CT is chief method for the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of pathogenesis of postoperational complications in lumbar disc herniation.更多还原
