【摘要】 目的　提高对小肠原发性肿瘤Ｘ线诊断的认识。方法：回顾分析经手术和病理证实的小肠原发性肿瘤４０例的临床资料和Ｘ线所见。结果：小肠原发性肿瘤的主要Ｘ线表现包括：（１）充盈缺损；（２）肠腔狭窄；（３）粘膜破坏、管壁僵硬；（４）龛影；（５）小肠肠管移位；（６）肠梗阻或肠套叠。结论：依照上述小肠肿瘤的Ｘ线表现术前可以作出正确诊断。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To improve the knowlege of radiologic diagnosis of primary tumors of the small bowel.Methods:Clinical and radiologic findings of 40 cases of primary tumors of the small bowel verified surgico-pathologically were reviewed.Results:The main X-ray mamifestations of primary tumors of the small bowel included:(1)filling defect;(2)stenosis of bowel;(3)destruction of mucosa and stiffness of involved intestinal wall;(4)ulcer crater;(5)displacement of small bowel loops;(6)intestinal obstruction or intussusception.Conclusion:Based on X-ray manifestations of the tumors of the small bowel,the correct diagnosis can be made before operation.更多还原
