【摘要】 目的： 研究颈部淋巴结结核的 Ｃ Ｔ 表现。方法：对１８ 例病理证实为颈部淋巴结结核病人的术前 Ｃ Ｔ 进行回顾性分析，评价病变 Ｃ Ｔ 表现，增强类型，及周围脂肪间隙。结果：颈部结核性淋巴结炎 Ｃ Ｔ 表现：（１ ） 密度不均多见，约７２ ．２２ ％ （１３／１８ ） ，呈规则环状强化或环状强化伴有壁结节；（２） Ｃ Ｔ 值平扫约２８ ～３７ Ｈ Ｕ ，增强中心６２ ～７７ Ｈ Ｕ ，环壁９１ Ｈ Ｕ ；（３） 多发结节融合伴周围脂肪间隙闭塞，占６ ６ ．６７ ％ （１２／１８ ） 。结论：颈部结核性淋巴结炎 Ｃ Ｔ 表现为密度不均，环状强化及多发结节融合伴周围脂肪间隙闭塞。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study CT manifestations of cervical tuberculous lymphadenitis.Methods:The CT findings,enhanced patterns and extranodal fat space of eighteen patients with cervical tuberculous lymphadenitis were analysed and evaluated.Results:The CT manifestations of cervical tuberculous lymphadenitis were:1.The density of nodes were inhomogeneous in 72.22%(13/18),rim enhancement and/or with wall nodes;2.The CT value was 28～37 HU,after contrast enhancement the CT attenuation was 62～77 HU,at center and 91 HU at rim wall;3.The nodes mixed together as masses and as the extranodal fat spaces were disapeared in 66.67(12/18).Conclusion:CT manifestations of cervical tuberculous lymphadenitis are:in homogeneous density of nodes,rim enhancement,nodes mixed together as masses and surrounding fat space disappeared.更多还原
