常温进样测定轻质原油馏程的模拟蒸馏方法
DETERMINATION OF BOILING RANGE DISTRIBUTION OF LIGHT CRUDE OIL BY SIMULATED DISTILLATION WITH SAMPLE FEED AT AMBIENT TEMPERATURE/
【摘要】 以自然基线修正法代替惠普(HP)公司模拟蒸馏分析软件中的基线修正模型,提出了常温下进样测定轻质原油馏程的方法,并考察了基准切片面积变化对分析结果的影响。理论分析和实践证明,在一定温度下馏出质量分数的计算结果与基准切片面积之间存在线性关系,利用自然基线修正模型,在常温下进样测定轻质原油馏程的模拟蒸馏方法是可靠的。
【Abstract】 A natural baseline correction model is proposed and substituted for one model in data treatment program for simulated distillation of Hewlett Packard company(HP). The determination of boiling range distribution of light crude oil was successfully performed with sample feed at an ambient temperature (about 35 ℃), instead of cryogenic sample feed extensively used now. It is proved that percentage of the sample volatile at a constant temperature is proportional to the basic slice area which is decided by baseline correction model in analysis program for data treatment. The percentage varies slightly when the basic slice area changes at a relative wide range. That is to say, the natural baseline correction model is very reliable for determining the boiling range distribution of samples with lower initial boiling point(<90 ℃).
