【摘要】 根据级效率、粒度分布和分离效率之间的关系，提出了一种直接测定液一液旋流器级效率曲线的新方法。首先测出油滴在水中的粒度分布，并将其拟合为解析函数；然后用多项式拟合级效率曲线，根据实测的分流比和总效率等数据，求出多项式中的待定系数，即可得到比较精确的级效率曲线。该方法经济实用，适用范围广。更多还原
