【Abstract】 A pipeline\|network geographic information system for Shenghua Refinery is developed. The functions and characteristics of the system are introduced. The treating method for information and some key techniques of the system are described. The pipeline\|network and buildings of the refinery are managed electrically and graphically by using this system, which takes full advantage of the computer.
