普通(一级)动物肺脏自发感染病理观察

【摘要】 用两个亚慢性动物试验(64d、90d)对照组的74只Wistar大鼠肺脏进行病理组织学检查,发现其对环境的应激反应表现为肺内各级呼吸组织的炎症。病变较为明显的是支气管旁淋巴组织套袖样围管浸润,并浸润支气管粘膜上皮细胞,两组动物的发生率分别为8571%、9231%。同时肺内血管周围炎细胞浸润,肺泡隔增厚,肺内可见点状、片状炎细胞浸润灶。随着试验周期的延长,病变发生率有升高的趋势。

【Abstract】 We have investigated the histopathological changes in the respiratory tract of 74 Wistar rats which in the control groups of two subchornic experiment that lasted 64 days and 90 days separately.We noticed that there were inflammatory reactions in tracheas,bonchi and pulmonary alveolis.The most dramatic pathological change was peribornchial lymphocyte infiltration and the bronchial mucous epithelial cells have been replaced.The incidence of this change in two groups were 8571% and 9231% respectively.Simultaneously,the vascular inflammatory infiltration,the thicken of alveolar septum and the focuses of inflammatory infiltration in lung have also been observed.The pathological changes were greater in the animals which had undergone a longer experiment period than those had undergone a shorter one.These results indicated that the quality and feeding environment of experimental animals play key roles in a pathologic diagnosis process and they would influent the evaluation of the results in experiments gre
