【摘要】 采用带空气过滤罩的鼠盒在层流架内饲育Ｓｃｉｄ小鼠获得成功。平均窝产仔数４８只，受孕率６６７％，离乳率较高可达９６６％。其骨髓活化ＮＫ细胞用于异基因骨髓移植可促进骨髓植入和造血功能重建，预防移植物抗宿主病（ＧＶＨＤ），并增强抗肿瘤效应（ＧＶＴ）。该法可以作为缺乏现代化饲养设施又急需Ｓｃｉｄ小鼠的单位进行中短期饲育。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is successful to breed Scid mice in laminor flow hood using plastic cage with filter cap. Average newborn mice per litter is 4.8, pregnancy rate is 66.7%, weaning rate is 96.6%. In allogenetic bone marrow transplantation(allo BMT), its activated bone marrow NK cells can improve bone marrow implantation and hematological recovery, prevent Graft Versus Host Disease (GVHD),and increase Graft Versus Tumor effection (GVT).
