【摘要】 为探讨舌鳞癌患者血浆纤连蛋白测定的临床意义。采用火箭电泳免疫法检测了３３ 例舌鳞癌及３７ 例正常人血浆纤连蛋白的含量。发现舌鳞癌病人血浆纤连蛋白含量（０ ．５３６ ｇ／Ｌ±０ ．１１８ ｇ／Ｌ）明显高于正常人（０．３５９ ｇ／Ｌ±０ ．０６２ ｇ／Ｌ），Ｐ＜０ ．０１ ；晚期及伴颈淋巴结转移的舌鳞癌病人血浆纤连蛋白含量也明显高于相应的早期与无颈淋巴结转移的舌鳞癌病人（Ｐ＜ ０．０１）。结果显示血浆纤连蛋白含量测定对舌鳞癌的诊断，以及肿瘤恶性与转移的判断有一定的参考价值更多还原

【Abstract】 To study the clinical significance of fibronectin measurement in patients with tongue squamous cell carcinoma,the concentration of fibronectin was measured in 33 plasma samples from patient,and in 37 plasma samples from healthy blood donor by an immunoelectrophoresis method.The results showed that the mean value of plasma fibronectin concentration was higher in patients(0.536 g/L±0.118 g/L) than in healthy blood donors(0.359 g/L±0.062 g/L),moreover,the plasma fibronectin concentration was also correlated to the clinicopathological grades and lymph node metastasis.It was higher in later stage patients and in patients with lymph node metastasis.It is suggested that the measurement of plasma fibronectin may be helpful for the diagnosis,as well as assessing the malignant and metastasis of tongue squamous cell carcinoma.更多还原
