【Abstract】 Objective 9 patients with congenital absence of vagina had artificial vaginoplasty by sigmoid transplantation. Methods The removal of intestinal sngment was carried out in the operation. Results No complications was found, and the follow - up survey showed that artifitial vaginas bore a close resemblance to natural ones not only in outward appearance but also in function. Both husband and wife were very pleased with their sexual life. Conclusion The operation has a high success rate and the prospect of being widely used.更多还原
