【摘要】 目的：研究同一膀胱癌中p53蛋白及其PCNA的表达与癌分级的关系。方法：应用免疫组化检测4例正常膀胱组织和100例膀胱癌中p53蛋白及PCNA的表达。结果：各级癌中p53蛋白阳性检出率无显著差异，p53蛋白阳性表达细胞数与癌分级呈正相关，PCNA阳性细胞数与癌分级也呈正相关。p53与PCNA阳性表达率与临床分期和术后生存率关系密切。结论：p53蛋白及PCNA的表达强度可反应膀胱癌的增殖活动和转移能力．可作为判断肿瘤发生可能性的标志物，在膀胱癌的早期诊断中有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the expression of p53 protein and PCNA in relation to degree of differen- tiation in human bladder cancer. Methods Immunohistochemical staining was used to determine the ex- pression of p53 and PCNA in 5 normal bladder tissues and 100 bladder cancers. Results The distribution and strength of the expression of p53 protein and PCNA were positively correlated to the degree of cell dif- ferentiation. Conclusion The expressive intensity of p53 protein and PCNA in human bladder cancer may suggest the cancer cell proliferative activity and metastatic ability. The routine assay of p53 protein and PC- NA may be valuable for the early diagnosis of human bladder cancer.更多还原
