真空液相层析法在中草药有效成分分离中的应用

【摘要】 本文介绍了一种新的柱层析方法，即真空液相层析法。用此法作者从连翘中分离出连翘酯甙，并同传统的柱层析法作了比较。

【Abstract】 A new column chromatography method (vacuum liquid chromatography) was introduced. Forsythiaside was isolated from Forsythia suspensa with this method and a comparison with traditional column chromatography method has been made.
