【Abstract】 A rapid specific and sensitive HPLC method for simultaneous determination of norfloxacin lactas and trimethoprimum lactas was developed.Using a Zorbax ODS column(250 mm×4.6 mm)under room temperature,the mobile phase consisted of water acetonitrile triethylamine(325∶175∶2 2,adjusted to pH 3.0 with phosphoric acid)and flow rate was 1.0 ml/min.The UV detection wavelength was 240 nm.The linear range of determination is 100～300 mg/L for norfloxacin lactas and 25～75 mg/L for trimethoprimum lactas.This method is simple,sensitive and stable.更多还原
