【摘要】 为了了解系统性红斑狼疮患者体液功能状况以及免疫球蛋白及其亚结构和疾病的发病及进程的关系，用速率散射比浊法对红斑狼疮活动期与稳定期患者各40例血清中的免疫球蛋白、轻链组成中的κ、λ含士及κ／λ比值进行测定．结果活动期IgM降低有极显著意义（P＜0．001），κ链降低有显著意义（P＜0.05），κ／λ降低有极显著意义（P＜0．001）；稳定期IgG升高有显著意义（P＜0．05），IgM降低有极显著意义（P＜0．001），λ链含量升高有极显著意义（P＜0．001），κ／λ值降低有极显著意义（P＜0．001）．因此，认为血清中免疫球蛋白及轻链含量测定可对系统性红斑狼疮患者体液免疫功能的评价与监测提供依据，而整个病程中IgM及κ／λ比值降低这一特征，可作为该病诊断病期及疗效观察有用的免疫学指标．更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to know the cnditions of humoral immunity in patients of SLE and The relation of Ig with itssubstructrue in disease process. Rate nphelometyr was used to detected Is、k and λ to each 40 patients in activeand steady SLE. Ig M、k and k/λ ratio were significantly lower in active SLE；IgM and k/λ ratio were significantly lower, IgG and λ level were significantly higher. In steady SLE Determination of light chain immunoglobulinscan provide basis for immunifaction appraisal and monitor of SLE. The characteristic that IgM and k/λ ratio reduced in this disease can use it as effective immune target in diagnosis and curative observation.更多还原
