【Abstract】 The study of the emotion,the attention,the will and the manner of the students in Nanjing physical education college when they are studying the volleyball skill shows:even in the same teaching phase on the same exercise.the students have different response in psychology. These response have different feature in the emotion, the attention, the will and the manner. The teacher should master the general pecularity of study psychology and the individual difference in different teaching phase, while designing the teaching plan carefully.
