【Abstract】 The Journal of P. E. Institute of Shanxi Teachers Unviersity is a window that shows the school teaching level and scientific achievements. For the further improvement of the Journal’s quality and showing the features of P. E. Journal, we must center on the teaching and science activities of the Institute, and make clear the studying object. Among these, the topic plan is the key to improve the quality of the Journal. Showing the P. E. major’s characteristics and enlarging the contribution is the Journal’s life and power. In order to adapt to the Journal’s development, the editors must have some knowledpe relative to P. E. and improve the editing ability. The cover design is the readers’ first impression. The strengthening of edition, cover design and setting-up of responsibility system is the last but important step to improve the quality of the journal.更多还原
