关于松塔水库防洪作用的分析

【摘要】 本文就松塔水库的防洪分别大洪水和较小洪水两种情况进行了分析,初步认为在大洪水情况下,大致可以使下游50 年一遇洪水仅达原20 年一遇的水平;对中小洪水情况下也有一定的减灾效益。鉴于潇河干流建水库的现实可能性不大,笔者认为松塔水库对其下游的防洪作用还是应予充分肯定的。

【Abstract】 The Songta Reserroir is planned to be built in the Songta River,the south branch of the Xiaohe River,Shanxi Province. Its effect on flood control is analysed by dividing the flood into great one and small one (the demarcation point is 500 /s) The conclusion is that the flood peak would be reduced,if the Songta Reservoir should be built,for ex. in the lower reaches of the Xiaohe River,the flood peak (1860/s) of 2/100 frequency after the building of the Songta Reservoir would roughly be equivalent to the flood peak (1942/s) of 5/100 frequency before the building of the Songta Reservoir. When the flood peak is smaller than 500/s, which is the ordinary circumstances,about 1265600 Yuan (RMB) per year in flood damages would be prevented after the building of the Songta reservoir.
