大直径球形混凝土薄壳高空施工方案比选

【摘要】 新绛县治汾标志塔的设计造型比较特殊,其位于地面以上27m 和37m 处的两个直径分别为7m 和5m 的球型薄壳混凝土观景厅的施工是控制工程投资和工期的关键。文章对整体现浇和球壳现场预制吊装两种施工方案做了比较,并着重介绍了球壳现场预制吊装方案的施工技术

【Abstract】 Two ball typed concrete landscape halls are main part of the mark tower of Fenhe River regulation in Xinjiang County,in which one is 7m in diameter,8cm in wall thickness,40 t in dead weight,27 m high above the ground surface,and the diameter,dead weight,and height distant above the ground surface of another are 5m,30t,37 m respectively.In this paper,two landscape halls,namely,cast-in-situ of integrity and precast-in-situ and hoisting of two ball shells,are compared.The scheme that the concrete ball shell is first precast in-situ,then is hoisted is illustrated in detail.The conclusion is that the precast and hoisting scheme is lower in investment,less in material used,and shorter in construction time.
