满天星玻璃苗的酯酶和过氧化物酶研究

【摘要】 对满天星正常组培苗和玻璃化苗的过氧化物酶和酯酶活性及同工酶进行了比较研究。结果表明,玻璃化苗过氧化物酶活性加强,而酯酶活性降低;玻璃化茎丢失一条靠近阳极端的酯酶同工酶条带,而过氧化物同工酶在酶带数目上没有发生质的变化。外表形态的玻璃化现象同分子水平上酶的变化密切相关。

【Abstract】 In this paper, we compare the activities and isozymes of peroxidase and esterase between the normal and vitrified shoots of Gypsophila paniculate . The results show that peroxidase activities of vitrified shoots are bigger and their esterase activities are smaller than regular shoots. Its peroxidase isozymes do not produce qualitative changes and its stem lose one esterase belt which is near by positive pole. On the whole, the vitrified phenomenon in ourward appearance has a close relation with the changes of enzymes which is in molecular levels.
