【摘要】 研究表明，青花菜吸收锌素的基本规律为：中期吸收量最大，后期次之，前期最小，但是单株含锌量是逐渐增加的。锌素在青花菜不同器官间的分配规律为：前期，茎＞叶＞根；中期，茎＞根＞叶；后期，花＞茎＞根＞叶。因此，青花菜上施用锌肥能大大提高青花菜食用器官的含锌量，改善青花菜的营养价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Zn assimilation amount in broccoli of different growth stage was: intermediate stage> earlier stage> later stage. The Zn concentration in different oragns of Broccoli showed as follows. Earlier stage: stem>leaf>root; Intermediate stage: stem>root>leaf; Laterstage: flower> stem> root> leaf. Applying Zinc fertilizer to broccoli increased markly the Zn content in edible organs, hence improved the nutritive value of broccoli.更多还原
