【摘要】 目的：探讨尿Ｔａｍ ｍ － Ｈｏｒｓｆａｌｌ蛋白与系统性红斑狼疮早期肾损害的关系。方法：对１７例无肾病表现的系统性红斑狼疮患者及２０ 例正常人进行尿ＴＨＰ及尿渗透压检测。结果：系统性红斑狼疮组与对照组尿渗透压无明显差异（Ｐ＞ ０．０５），而ＴＨＰ显著高于对照组（Ｐ＜ ０．０５）。结论：ＴＨＰ可作为系统性红斑狼疮早期肾损害的指标之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the change of THP with early renal damages in SLE.Methods:Urine THP and urine osmatic pressure was tested in 17 SLE patients and 20 normal controls.Results:Urine THP was higher in SLE patients than that in normal controls (P<0.05),There was no difference between these tow groups in urine osmatic pressure.Conclusion:Urine THP may be one index of early renal damage in SLE.更多还原
