镍沉积对超稳Y沸石催化裂化活性及脱甲基性能的影响
INFLUENCE OF NICKEL DEPOSITION ON CATALYTIC CRACKING ACTIVITY AND DEMETHYLATION EFFECT OF USY ZEOLITES
【摘要】 采用人工模拟方法制备了沉积镍的超稳Y沸石,用纯烃反应研究了镍沉积前后沸石的裂化性能,并用生成的甲烷量作为沸石被镍污染的指标。沉积于沸石上的镍在催化裂化反应中能被还原为金属镍,裂化产物中甲烷的生成与金属镍的脱甲基作用相关。沉积镍沸石的裂化活性和脱甲基性能同沸石的制备方法有关,提高沸石的质子酸浓度可以增进沸石的裂化活性和抑制镍被还原为金属。沉积镍沸石经高温水蒸气处理后,裂化产物中的甲烷增多。
【Abstract】 Cracking activity and selectivity of nickel deposited USY zeolites were studied by reactions of isooctane,cyclohexane and methylcyclopentane.It was found that nickel can be reduced to metal state and demethylation effect of nickel is related to its reduction.Methane yield can be used as an indicator of nickel contamination.The catalytic activity and demethylation effect of nickel deposited samples is closely related to the method for preparation of USY zeolites.Bronsted acid can depress the reduction of nickel to its metal state.After high temperature steaming,the methane yield of nickel deposited zeolites is apparently increased.
