【Abstract】 To know about post turning willingness of nursing staff in obstetrics and gynecology department, 104 nurses from 3 comprehensive hospital were investigated. Results showed that 72. 12% of nursing staff thought senior nurses rotate, and 95.19% of nursing staff thought midwives rotate.
