【摘要】 “善”与“恶”是人类道德的正面表证和负面表证，表现为道德价值的正价值和负价值。本文从个人价值追求与社会价值追求的错位、索取与奉献的错位、本能与人格的错位、现实与理想的错位方面出发，分析了非道德现象产生的原因以及对社会道德产生的负面影响。进而指出，只有建立起符合社会转轨目标要求、体现社会发展要求和有利于个人价值实现的多重价值标准，把社会要求和个人需要完美地体现在社会道德准则之中，才能避免人生价值的错位。更多还原

【Abstract】 Good” and “errl” are the obverse and therevere sides of human morality, it shows the right value and negative value of the moral values. Taking the dislecation of pursuit of persond value and social value, demanding and offering, instinc and personality, reality and ideal as the starting point of consideration, the author analyzes the reason that cause non-values prenomenon and its negative effect. It further points out that only way to averd the dislecation of human value is to establrsh diversified value standard when can auord with the demand of social transform abjective and reflect the demand of social development.
