【Abstract】 By analysing the influence and results of the parameters of the elements quality in the study of the superconductor electric quality,this paper proves that the law in which microstructure decides macrostructure can also be applied to the superconductor research. Furthermore,it studies the nature of the quality parameters of elements, reveals the electronic structure of elements, which can decide the quality of elements.
