燃煤锅炉排放二氧化硫最佳治理技术的模糊综合评判
Fuzzy Evaluations of the Best Harnessing Technology of SO2 Ejected from Coal Boiler
【摘要】 根据治理燃煤锅炉排放二氧化硫技术的具体要求和模糊评判的需要,筛选出对“优先选用”具有重要意义的因素:脱硫效率、除尘效率、装置投资费用—造价、使用寿命、运行费用、占地面积来评价国内14 种4 吨位脱硫技术装置。每一种因素对“优选”的影响均根据脱硫技术实际用隶属函数给出。然后用加权模糊变换方法得到最后评价结果。由最大隶属原则得到“优选“对象。
【Abstract】 According to the requirement of the harnessing technology of SO 2 ejected from coal boiler and the needs of fuzzy evaluations, desulphurization rate,removing dust rate,cost of buying the desulphruization equipment,service life of the equipment, cost of the equipment working, the area occupide by the equipment-the factors that are important to the“Give Priority for Use”are selected to evaluate the 14 kind of desulphurization equipments,which are suitable to coal boilers that measurement ton are 4. The influences of every factors to the “Give Priority for Use”are expessed in membership functions.The final evaluation result is get by fuzzy weighted transformation and according to the Rule of Greatest Membership Value
