长白白眉蝮蛇蛇毒类凝血酶的纯化及质量检测
Purification and Quality Control of Thrombin like Enzyme from Venom of Agkistrodon Halys Ussuriensis Emilianov
【摘要】 长白白眉蝮蛇原毒经DEAE Sepharose FF ,CM Sepharose FF和G Sepharose CL 6B层析后 ,制得长白白眉蝮蛇蛇毒类凝血酶精品。该产品经质量检测完全符合卫生部颁发的质量标准 ,该工艺适合于大规模纯化长白白眉蝮蛇蛇毒类凝血酶。
【Abstract】 A process for the large scale purification of thrombin like enzyme from venom of Agkistrodon halys ussuriensis emilianov by DEAE Sepharose FF,CM Sepharose FF and G Sepharose CL 6B chromatographies was developed.The quality of product purified by the process fully conformed to the requirements issued by The Ministry of Public Health.
