【Abstract】 A new method for screening and evaluation of immunomodulator, CD + 2 cell proliferation test, was established. After the CD 2 antigens on the surface of peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMC) were digested with trypsin, the PBMCs were incubated at 37℃ together with immunomodulator for a appropriate time, then the CD + 2 cell proliferation rate was detected by biotin streptavidin immunocytochemistry method and used for evaluation the activity of immunomodulator. The activities of several kinds of known immunopotentiators and immunosuppressants were detected by the method, and the optimal concentractions of trypsin and the optimal time for digestion and incubating were studied. The method was simple and showed good reproducibility. It was also easy to be standardized.更多还原
