极低频磁场对激动剂诱发钙振荡的影响
EFFECTS OF EXTREMELY LOW FREQUENCY MAGNETIC FIELDS ONHORMONE-INDUCED CYTOSOLIC CALCIUM OSCILLATIONS
【摘要】 从激动剂诱发钙振荡的非线性动力学模型出发, 通过数值计算分析极低频磁场对胞内游离钙离子浓度[Ca2 + ]i 的影响。研究结果表明:只有当外加磁场的频率与胞内钙振荡的特征频率相近时,极低频磁场才会对该细胞的[Ca2 +]i 产生影响;由于激动剂诱发钙振荡的动力学模型中的许多参数是因细胞而异的,因此极低频磁场对[Ca2 + ]i 的影响具有显著的个体差异
【Abstract】 Based on the nonlinear dynamic model for hormone-induced cytosolic calcium oscillations, the effects of extremely low frequency magnetic fields on hormone-induced cytosolic calcium oscillations are numerically analyzed. The calculations show that the external magnetic fields effect on the intracellular free calcium concentration only when the frequency of the magnetic field is closed to the characteristic frequency of cytosolic calcium oscillations; the responses of different cells to the same magnetic fields are different because of the different dynamic parameters.
