利用多菌种混合发酵转化玉米秸秆的研究

【摘要】 该文系统地研究了高产纤维素酶生产菌(TrichodermaresiTB9701)与饲料酵母混合共发酵玉米秸秆粉对合成菌体蛋白质和利用纤维素的关系,优选出一条最佳的共发酵工艺途径和条件。研究表明在以氨法处理的玉米秸秆为底物的TB-9701与饲料酵母菌的混合菌共发酵正交实验中,于pH5.0,30℃的条件下200r/min的恒温、恒速摇瓶培养8d,经测定发酵液终产物中粗蛋白(SCP)的含量达到了23.70%,总秸秆纤维的转化率达到70%以上。

【Abstract】 With high yield cellulase of Trichoderma ressi TB9701 and the feed-yeast for multi-strains co-fermentation of corn straw powers had been developed thoroughly for synthesis of the simple cell protein (SCP) and utilization of the cellulose in this paper, then the relationship on the symbiosis of the multistrain co-fermentation was set up and the several groups optimum combination of the co-fermentation and technological processes and conditions were sifted by this experiment. The research results made known, the corn straws that it was treated with the ammonia taken for substrate, the TB9701 and feed-yeast carried out the multi-strain co-fermentation under the condition of pH5.0、30℃、200rpm for 8days in the orthogonal experiment, The crude proteins in the fermentation terminal products achieved 23.70%, the conversion rate of the total corn straws fiber achieved over 70%.
