【Abstract】 high-yield strains of itaconic acid of Asperigillus terreus were obtained by U.V.rays irradiation,LiCl and EMS treatment.Asuitable fermentation media or producing itaconic acid has been found by″ orthogonal design→central test→orthogonal design″method.The effect of the purity of chemicals,water quality,methyl alcohol,biotin and ammonia water on fermentation of itaconic acid.The experimental results showed that test strains were very adaptable and stable in itaconic acid fermentation.The strain was able to accumulate itaconic acid 6.5g/100ml with a medium containing 10%sugar.更多还原
