植酸对红豆杉细胞悬浮培养影响作用的研究

【摘要】 针对红豆杉细胞培养中经常遇到的褐变问题,以植酸做抗氧化剂,添加到悬浮细胞培养基中,能提高细胞鲜重,明显抑制细胞多酚氧化酶和过氧化物酶活性,从而有效地控制细胞褐变,促进红豆杉悬浮细胞生长。以005%浓度的添加效果最好。

【Abstract】 The paper mainly deals with the problem of callus browning in cell culture of Taxus Chinensis and studies the function of phytic acid,which can be used as a antioxidant material.Phytic acid,which was added to liquid medium for taxus susprnsion cell,could increase the fruit weight of cell and greatly inhibit the activity of phyphenol oxidase and peroxidase of cell culture.The result showed that phytic acid could control the browning of suspension culture effectively and improve the cell growth.The medium supplemented with phytic acid 0.05%was the most suitable for cell suspension culture.
