【Abstract】 The extraction of artrial tissue of neonatal porcine was ultrafiltered to remove largermolecular; the lower molecular (Mw<10 000Da) was collected for isolation by sephadex G-25 gel; purification by SP ion - exchange and further purification by RP - HPLC. Theproduct was tested by IEF; showed that purified cardionatrin was acquired. It also showedhigh active of dilution; natriuretic response; and decreasing in blood pressure.更多还原
