计算机眼底血管图像分析诊断系统
A Computer aided Analysis System for Hypertensive Retinal Image and Its Clinical Application
【摘要】 利用计算机图像处理技术和微循环血管网络分析技术,我们设计一套用于反映高血压、动脉硬化等心血管疾病在眼底的病理变化的特征参数,并设计了一套可用于高血压眼底无损诊断的计算机图像处理系统。该系统设计了一种多媒体病历结构,可以记录病人的基本信息及操作信息,并以病人的多媒体病历为对象,组织系统的功能结构。临床应用表明,该系统选择的定量参数恰当地描述了高血压眼底的特征现象,可用于高血压的临床无损诊断与健康普查
【Abstract】 With the use of computer image processing technology and microcirculational network analysis technology, we have developed a new system to analyze the outlook of retinal vessles quantitatively. A multimedia structure has been designed for patient’s case history file, which includes the basic information of patients, the operating information during sampling and processing patient’s retinal image and the result. The system includes image sampling, image displaying, image processing, parameters measuring and analyzing, reports printing and atlas managment. Clinical application indicates that the system is useful to hypertension diagnosis.
