基于熵的小流域治理效益评价模型及其应用
Benefit Evaluation Model and Its Application on Small Watershed Control on the Basis of Information Entropy
【摘要】 小流域治理效益的评价是一个多层次多指标的评价过程, 根据各评价指标特征值之间的变异程度, 利用信息论中熵这一工具, 确定各评价指标的权重, 以减小人为赋权的主观性。在此基础上, 建立数学评价模型, 使评价结果更加客观
【Abstract】 The benefit evaluation about small watershed control is a multi level and multi index problem. According to variation degree among the characteristic values of evaluation indexes, the information entropy was used as a tool to determine the weight, so as to reduce the subjectivity of people. The model improved on the basis of information entropy can make the evaluation result more objectives.
